Pump Curve
Using an ordinary 3hp Pump you will only have enough water pressure and volume to operate 5 or less "Pop Up" sprinkler bases attached to "Impact Sprinklers Heads". This is not enough water pressure and volume to suppress a fire from burning down a structure.
The Wet End of our Pumps is truly impressive. Our system puts out 2.5 the pressure and volume of water compared to any other Pumps. This allows our 3hp System to provide ample water pressure so that we can use 18 "Pop Up" sprinkler bases. Attached to the "Pop Up" sprinkler bases are "Impact Sprinklers Heads". Our system will maintain 24 psi's with each sprinkler. Each sprinkler can easily spray water 25 feet to the left and right. Therefore, each sprinkler will easily cover 50 feet. Using 18 sprinklers will allow our system to cover 900 linear feet of surface area. Our 3hp System can protect a 3,500 sq. ft. structure.
Our 5hp System to provide ample water pressure so that we can use 32 "Pop Up" sprinkler bases. Attached to the "Pop Up" sprinkler bases are "Impact Sprinklers Heads". Our system will maintain 24 psi's with each sprinkler. Each sprinkler can easily spray water 25 feet to the left and right. Therefore, each sprinkler will easily cover 50 feet. Using 32 sprinklers will allow our system to cover 1600 linear feet of surface area. Our 5hp System can protect a 6,000 sq. ft. structure.
We are still conducting Research and Development on our 7.5 and 10hp systems.
